Hà Nam: Công ty Nhựa Đông Á bị cưỡng chế 2,8 tỷ đồng tiền nợ thuế

Ha Nam taxation department has issued decision regarding enforcement of enterprise income tax (EIT) arrears toward Dong A plastic company. In details, as stipulated in circular No. 215/2013/TT-BTC ò Ministry of finance, the taxation department directly deducted VND 2.8 billions from banking account of Dong A plastic LLC to arrear tax debts. Simultaneously, the company was asked to complete tax debts on time. The decision will be active from October 18 to November 11, 2019.

    Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company has been collected by the Tax Department of Ba Ria Vung Tau Province and fined for violations of tax declaration. The total amount of tax arrears and fines is more than VND 181 million. In particular, the retrospective value tax arrears is 1.25 million, corporate income tax arrears is 113 million. In addition, fines for wrong declaration of corporate income tax of 22.6 million, slow payment of corporate income tax is more than 43 billion. The remaining amount will be fines declared after VAT and late payment interest on VAT.
