Huu Lien Asia Corporation (HLA) announced the transfer notice of 4.08 million shares of its chairman and his wife as follows:
Chairman Tran Xao Co registered to transfer 4.166 million shares from May 23 to July 20 via the Vietnam Securities Depository. Co expects to hold 3.484 million HLA shares after the transfer compared to 7.65 million units currently.
Luu Lang Phuong, wife of Tran Xao Co, chairman of the Board of Directors registered to transfer her all 600,000 shares from May 23 to July 20 via the Vietnam Securities Depository.
