CII: Approving the bond conversion
On November 10, 2022, the Board of Directors of Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution to approve the convertion of 194 convertible bonds issued dated November 02, 2022 into 7,144 common shares at the request of the bondholders.
