Damsan JSC (ADS) announces October 30 as ex-date and October 31 as record date to issue 5,624,493 additional shares to sell to its shareholders at selling price of VND17,000/share.
Exercise ratio: 1-for-3 (shareholder owns 3 shares can buy 1 new share).
The new shares to be issued will be rounded down to the units. Shares in decimals (if any) will be cancelled.
Unsold shares (if any) will be sold to other investors at not lower than VND17,000/share. These shares will be blocked for transferring for 01 year since the date of the additional share issue completion.
Time for transferring share purchase rights: from November 8 to November 27, 2017. Share purchase rights can be transferred once.
Time for share purchase register and payment: from November 8 to December 4, 2017.
