Ben Thanh Trading & Service JSC. (BTT)’s Board of Directors (BOD) on October 9, 2017 met and approved to issue additional shares to its key personnel under the employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), details as follows:
- ESOP share volume to be sold: 621,521 shares, of which, 621,297 new shares will be issued and 224 shares are treasury shares.
- Selling price: VND10,000/share
- After the ESOP share issue, the company plans to raise its share volume to 13,500,000 units
