TVB: Personnel change
Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company announces the personnel change as follows:
- Approving the resignation of Mr. Bui Minh Tuan and Mr. Nguyen Phi Khanh as member of Supervisory Board from October 21, 2021.
- Approving the additional election of Mrs. Do Thi Huyen and Mrs. Le Thi Mau as member of Supervisory Board for the term 2021-2025.
- Approving the additional election of Mr. Bui Minh Tuan as member of BOD for the term 2021-2025.
