Article 1: Approve the adjustment in Investment Project:
Producing complex soft package
Producing types of package from Plastic
Producing complex soft package: 9,000 tons/year
Producing types of package from Plastic: 1,000 tons/year
Total investment capital of the Project; VND 167,600,000,000
In which, the performance capital is VND 134,080,000,000, equivalent to 80% of total investment
Article 2: Board of Directors assigns Mr. JO HEONG KOOK – General Manager – the legal representative of the Company to explain the official procedures with the Agents to deploy the Project
Article 3: This resolution goes into effect on date of signature
