The Board of Directors of Visaco Mineral and Investment Joint Stock Company (VMI) has approved a lot of personnel changes as follows:
-Approving the resignation letter of Truong The Son and Nguyen Huu Dung, members of the BOD
-Appointing Le Quang Thach and Nguyen Huu Toan as new members of the BOD
-Appointing Le Van Binh as the company’s chairman
-Dismissing Le Van Binh from the company’s general director.
All the changes took effect on July 17, 2017.
