On June 25, 2017, Board of Directors (BOD) of Royal International Corporation (RIC) approved Nguyen Tieu Mai as its chairman. The BOD includes chairman Nguyen Tieu Mai, members Ngo Thu Mat, Nguyen Khai Phat, Pham Ngoc Nam, Le Quoc Thang, Dao Ngoc Hoa, independent memberes Dien Nghe Than, Nguyen Chinh Chi, Ly Tien Le.
Board of Supervisors (BOS) also approved Tran Thu Ha as its chief supervisor, Ly Hong Nghia and Do Lan Huong as its members.
