Nguyen Duy Thao, younger brother of Nguyen Duy Toai – chairman of Vietnam Investment Securities Company (IVS), sold his entire 479,400 shares of IVS on May 31, cutting his ownership in the company to 0% from the earlier 1.41%.
Mr. Toai, meanwhile, currently owns 1,019,500 shares of IVS, equivalent to a 3% stake.
