CCL: Resolution for 2017 AGM

Cuu Long Petro Urban Development and Investment Corporation (CCL)  announced the Resolution of its 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM).

Accordingly, in 2017, the company aims at VND100 billion revenue and VND60 billion after-tax profit. It plans to pay dividends of 5%.

In 2016, CCL generated VND75.4 billion revenue and VND4.6 billion after-tax profit. It will pay no dividend.

The AGM also voted for members of Board of Directors (BOD) and Board of Supervisors (BOS) for Term 2017-2021 as follows:

Board of Directors (BOD):

1. Nguyen Trieu Dong – BOD Chairman
2. Duong The Nghiem – BOD Member
3. Truong Van Phuoc – BOD Member
4. Truong Truc Linh – BOD Member
5. Trinh Suong - BOD Member

Board of Supervisors (BOS):

2. Duong Ngoc Duc – BOS Member
3. Tran Thi My Khanh – BOS Member
