On April 3, 2017, chairman of Board of Directors (BOD) of Ha Long Investment & Consulting JSC or Halcom JSC (HID) approved to dissolve HAL-Water to set up a new company named HALENCO to implement consulting and constructing water and environment projects from April 2017.
HALENCO has VND1 billion charter capital, of which, 60% contributed by HALCOM.
