The Board of Directors of Everpia JSC (EVE) has issued a resolution on selling its 100% stake at Everpia Cambodia Co. Ltd. for $200,000 from March 20 to the end of the second quarter of 2017.
The deal is to help EVE restructure financial investment portfolio.
