VNECO.SSM Steel Structure Manufacture JSC (SSM) announces March 20 as ex-date and March 21 as record date to hold its 2017 annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) and to pay its 2016 interim cash dividends.
The AGM will be held on April 21 this year at its address: Road 9, Hoa Khanh Industrial Park, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City.
The company will pay its 2016 interim cash dividends to its shareholders at VND1,000/share. The payment will be on April 10, 2017.
