Central Hydropower JSC (CHP)’s Board of Directors (BOD) on September 29, 2016 approved:
1. Dismissing BOD member Le Kim Hung from July 30, 2016.
2. Appointing Pham Sy Hung as its BOD member from August 1, 2016. Pham Sy Hung is Central Power Corporation’s equity representative in CHP, representing 12.97% stake.
3. Dismissing BOD member Nguyen Tuan Anh from September 7, 2016 as EVNGENCO1 divested its all paid-in capital in CHP.
4. Dismissing BOD member Nguyen Danh Duyen from September 29, 2016 as EVNHANOI divested its all paid-in capital in CHP.
5. Dismissing BOS member Tran Van Thuong from September 29, 2016 as EVNHANOI divested its all paid-in capital in CHP.
