Ha Long Investment & Consulting JSC or Halcom JSC (HID)’s Board of Directors (BOD) on August 29, 2016 approved to revise plan of issuing new shares for 2015 share dividends.
Accordingly, BOD approved to issue at maximum of 1,607,005 new shares to pay 2015 share dividends to its shareholders at 107-for-2,000 ratio.
