PetroVietnam Insurance Joint Stock Corporation (PVI)’s Board of Directors (BOD) approved to transfer its 25% stake in PVI Sun Life to Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada (Sun Life). The share transfer will be made after getting approval from authorities.
