Stocks on the UPCoM-Index, the measure of 311 unlisted public companies, rose on Thursday following the official bourses as market sentiment improved.
The index added 0.35 point, or 0.61%, to end at 58.12.
The market volume was 7.7 million shares valued at VND134 billion, market breadth was positive, 51 stocks increased in value, 40 tumbled, 35 were unmoved and 185 stocks closed untraded.
GEX was the most active stock with 1 million shares traded, closing up 1.3% to VND24,700.
HHA was the biggest gainer, climbing 15% to finish at VND52,900 with 2,000 shares changed hands.
VCT was the biggest loser, falling 40% to close at VND2,000 with 100 shares traded.
