Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation or Century Corp (STK) announces June 1 as ex-date and June 2 as record date to issue new shares to pay 2015 share dividends and for capital hike using owners’ equity as follows:
The company plans to issue 6,980,375 new shares, including 4,653,583 shares to pay 2015 share dividends at 1-for-10 ratio and 2,326,792 new bonus shares to its shareholders for capital hike at 1-for-20 ratio.
The new shares to be issued will be rounded down to the units. Shares in decimals (if any) will be cancelled.
