Multi Modal Transport Holding Company (VTX) announces March 24 as ex-date and March 25 as record-date to hold its 2016 annual general meeting (AGM) which is estimated to be held at its headquarters at the time to be announced later.
The meeting is expected to pass 2015 business results, 2015 operation plan, 2015 operation reports of BOD and BOS, 2015 profit distribution plan, 2016 auditing firm selection and other contents.
