Doan Thi Thao Loan, wife of Tran Viet Thang who is chairman of Board of Directors (BOD) of Ha Tien 1 Cement JSC. (HT1), failed to sell 131,600 shares as registered from May 4 to May 29, keeping her holding at 131,600 shares or 0.04% stake after the deal.
