Saigon Securities Incorporation (SSI), a major shareholder of Long An Food Processing Export JSC. (LAF) has received 229,749 shares from SSI Vision Fund (SSIVF) by March 25.
After the share transfer receipt, SSI now holds 1,000,833 LAF shares or 6.8% stake compared to 771,084 units or 5.24% stake earlier.
