Many customers of the Bank complaint that they could not conduct transactions via the Company's internet banking system. The Bank appologized and explained that the abnormally high number of users made its system fail to function properly.

Moody's remained credit rating of BIDV at Ba3, which is equal to the national credit rating, though Covid19 has posed some difficulties to the economy and banking sector. Moody's appreciated the improvement of CAR and asset quality after the Bank sold ownership to foreign investor and finally settled bonds in VAMC. Moreover, financing is also a strength of BIDV thanks to its wide network and relationships with enterprises.
