According to financial statement released by the third quarter 2019, Petrovietnam construction joint stock corporation (code: PVC) might be delisted as its accumulated losses accounted for 85% the company charter capital. the company recorded also losses at VND 416 billion in 2017 and VND 414 billion in 2018. The company’s share could be delisted from the stock market in accordance with the Article 60, Decree 58/2012/NĐ-CP if it suffers losses for three consecutive years. In order to avoid being delisted, the company has to improve financial results in the last three months of 2019. Previously, the PVC recorded losses in 2012, 2013 but it avoided being delisted thanks to positive results by the year 2014.
