    The Hoang Dong Hotel - Golf course project with an investment of more than VND 1,400 billion, invested by Lang Son International Joint Venture Company, has been checked on progress by the leaders of Lang Son Province. The project was granted the 4th amended investment certificate by Lang Son Department of Planning and Investment on May 8, 2018. Accordingly, the first phase of resettlement area and golf course should have been commenced in June 2018 and the construction of a 5-star hotel under the project should have been started in October 2018. However, as reflected by the press, by mid-December 2018, the investment items of this project have not been started yet. Based on the preogress investigation, the leaders of Lang Son province confirmed that they will not extend this project. If by the end of 2020, the project items are not completed and put into use according to the approved schedule, they will resolutely handle as prescribed by the law.
