Many households in several districts of Ha Noi City have complained about the water source has been contaminated. This issue is consequence of illegal pouring the oil waste into water source which created the polluted water and effects on people’s daily life.

The Company is in charge of managing Eco Lake View building. On March 26, the company announced the residents of Eco Lake View building to increase the service fee from VND 5,500/ sqm/ month to VND 6,600/ sqm/ month. This broke the initial agreement with the resident representative. Moreover, the company required to apply new service fee after 4 days of the announcement. On April 20, the company unilateral cut off water of nearly 70 households in the building. As a result, on April 21, the authority worked with the management board of the building. In the evening of April 21, the Management Board supplied the water as usual and discussed with households to agree on the payment of fees.
